Reading Notes: Beowulf - Reading B
Even when this was written, the author is using a ton of detail describing not only Grendel, but also the environment and the setting. It's really well written.
The showdown begins. Grendel vs. Beowulf.
The battle seemed to lack excitement. It seems there wasn't a lot of movement or action, it was just who could overpower who.
Aye that was cool of Unferth. I love when people embrace like brothers. It's very warm and happy.
Beowulf SINKIN
Nice. Beowulf has killed both Grendel and his mother.
BEOWULF IS KING NOW! That's awesome. He deserves it.
This dragon seems mean.
Wow. This was an amazing story. Beowulf is truly one of the greatest heroes to ever be written about.
